Ed & Dianna 9-20-08

Ed & Dianna 9-20-2008

Saturday the 20th brought me back to Heron Hill Winery in Hammondsport. Heron Hill is one of my favorite places to work. The view is great, the staff are always fun to work withand I usually have the privilege of working with Corning Catering. These guys are also a great group of people to work with.

This Saturday we provided a full Seneca Package for Edwin and Dianna. Our Seneca Package for Ed and Dianna came with Ceremony and Reception music, multi-song, multi-video Grand Entrances, name in lights, moving heads and more.

What a Great Weekend! I first met with Ed and Dianna last year. Ed works for a radio station in Pennsylvania, so we knew what kind of expectations he had going into the event.

Ed and Dianna spent the extra time needed to provide us with some background information and pictures on each of there Bridesmaids and Groomsmen. From here, we took each BM or GM, added a special song clip for each one of them and everyone was introduced to there own song clip and pictures. I wish I had shot video of this but didn’t have the opportunity. None of the Bridesmaids or Groomsman new it was coming, so they were just as surprised at the guests were. It turned out to be a lot of fun for everyone.

For Ed and Dianna, we choreographed a number of pictures that they provided us with specific lyrics to the song “Celebrity” by Brad Paisley. I’ve got to give props to my business partner Nate for the production of this video. He did a fantastic job putting this together. We set up our projector and screen to display the videos and ran them through Virtual DJ.

Once we got through our entrances, we went right into the first dance. Ed & Dianna shared their first dance to “Wrapped up in you” by Garth Brooks.

Ed & Dianna chose our “name in lights” option that is included in our Seneca Package. You can notice it in a few of the pictures. It really presonalizes things for the couple as we can do a number of different things with it, including projecting it on the floor for there first dance, over there sweetheart table and more. It was a really nice addition to the day.

This Wedding day was an absolute blast. Ed & Dianna put a lot of work into helping us with the pre-planning stuff to really help us create an unforgettable Grand Entrance for the Wedding Party and Ed & Dianna.
Ed & Dianna – Thank You for inviting Fingerlakes Entertainment out to share your special day with you.
We wish you all the best!
Congratulations!!
Jason
