Dennis & Willow 8-16-08
Today we had the privilege of providing entertainment for Dennis and Willow’s Ceremony and Reception. The Ceremony was held at a Church down in the center of Lodi. It was really a beautiful place and served very well for the Ceremony location.
Willow chose some great songs for there Prelude music, including “Somewhere over the rainbow” by Israel Kamakawiwo’ole, In my Life by The Beatles, and some Ben Folds Five. When it came time for the seating of the Mothers, we transitioned into “Watermark Relaxations” by Enya and then into “Only Time” by Enya for The Brides Entrance. Willow had mentioned during one of our meetings leading up to there big day that she really enjoyed Enya’s music, and for the Ceremony I couldn’t have agreed more.
We used a small set-up at the Church to provide sound for Dennis and Willow’s Ceremony. It was a pretty small Church so there was no need to mic the officiant. We set up in the back corner which left us out of site. This is just the way we like things for a Ceremony.
This picture was taken from the far side of the Church. From here you can see just how hidden and tucked away we were.
The “I Do’s”

After Dennis and Willow shared there First Dance, we opened up the dance floor with a slow song to get everyone up to join the Bride and Groom.
From there, we opened the dance floor and partied for the rest of the evening.
We had a great time this weekend. There was some hustle involved early in the day with setting up two systems, one for the Ceremony and one for the Reception but in the end, everything worked out great. Dennis and Willow were a lot of fun to plan things with.
Dennis and Willow, Thank You for inviting Fingerlakes Entertainment out to share your Special day with you.
Best Wishes,
Jason
